Jumbo's Beef was born on an Autumn's day in 2019. After years of visiting Chicago and eating Italian beef sandwiches, I decided to drop everything and build the BEEF shack of my dreams. High-quality ingredients, delicious recipes, lots of TLC. Not to mention a funky interior design, great music and super hip atmosphere.
